The sidewinder is a combination standard reversing ratchet and 90° speed wrench.

The Sidewinder is a different type of rotator ratchet wrench. It uses a T-handle crank that must be rotated in one direction to drive a fastener, unlike the 'regular' rotator ratchet where the handle is twisted back and forth to accomplish the same function. It's available in the three standard drive sizes.
